Group Structure
The Trilogy Class is Back!
With the growth of Kula, and our expanding number of dedicated students, we are finally able to bring back our most popular class!
This is a special intense class focusing on only three aspects of Karate: Sparring, Board Breaking and the Staff.
Each section will be for 5 weeks, and in that class we will work on one skill only:
Five weeks in a row of sparring.
Five weeks in a row focusing on board breaking.
Five weeks in a row on the Staff.
It will be focused and intense. For example, in the sparring weeks the student will come to class with their sparring gear ready to go. All warm-ups will be with gear and designed to improve their sparring, and we will do nothing else!
